Renvanro ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use the Renvanro mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Personal Information
When you register or use our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
2.2. Device Data
We may collect information about your mobile device, including the model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
2.3. Location Data
We process the business address you enter and map coordinates you select to configure your business location and display it on your booking page. Where a supported location picker offers current-device location, this is used only if you choose that action and allow device or browser location access. During web setup, we may use IP-based country detection to suggest a country.
2.4. Product Analytics and Session Replay
We use PostHog to collect app launches, screens visited, taps, session replay screenshots, app and device metadata, performance and network metrics, and pseudonymous account or business identifiers. Visible text, text inputs, images, and sandboxed system views may appear in replay. Password fields remain protected by the platform. We do not capture request or response bodies or headers, and we do not use this data for advertising or cross-app tracking. In versions of the iOS app that offer replay-sharing controls, recording starts only after you choose to share a replay. An on-screen indicator shows when sharing is enabled. You can withdraw consent at any time through that in-app control and keep using the basic service without sharing replays.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service.
- To notify you about changes to our Service.
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service.
- To provide customer support.
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service.
- To monitor the usage of our Service.
- To analyze product flows and diagnose bugs using session replay and interaction analytics.
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues.
4. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
5. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Account deletion anonymizes your personal sign-in profile and revokes its sessions. If its only owner explicitly confirms business closure, workspace access, the public booking website and new bookings are stopped. Business, booking, customer and billing records are retained separately and are not automatically erased by this action. Deletion does not cancel subscriptions. Contact support@renvanro.com with questions about retained records or further erasure requests. Turning off replay sharing in a supported iOS app version stops future replay capture; it does not itself erase previously recorded replays.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
